spiro

The Sony Ericsson Spiro is a mobile phone that provides good value all round entertainment but at the lower end of the specification range.

Sony Ericsson Spiro Camera and ColoursSo the Sony Ericsson Spiro only has a 2 megapixel camera, but it does have 2x zoom and video recording.
The camera features are integrated into the messaging functions of the Sprio so you can easily send your pictures to friends.

The Sprio plays music well and comes with a Walkman music player and FM radio and there is 5 MB memory with support for additional memory through microSD cards (to 16GB). The Track ID feature lets you search for details on a track from only just a few seconds of music, there is access to the Play Now music service.

Sony Ericsson Spiro With KeypadBrowse the internet, use the built-in sound recorder or update Facebook or Twitter with the onboard applications. Slide out the keypad for texting or to make a call, or use the buttons on the front of the Spiro to access your music player. Colours are available to suit most tastes including Stealth Black , Contrast Black , Sunset Pink , Spring Green.

The Spiro measures 92.0 x 48.0 x 16.75 mm and weighs 90g; with up to four and a half hours talk time, twenty hours music playback and nearly 2 days standby the phone is perfect for most casual users looking for a value mobile.

At about two-thirds the price of the Sony Ericsson Zylo for those who do not want the extra memory or the higher resolution camera the Spiro is a good choice but if you want a bit more from your mobile, consider the Zylo.
